The 4-String Adam “Nolly” Getgood NG Signature Model Bass is a visual stunner. The Ferrari Green finish, with its molten glass appearance, is striking in contrast to the light natural matte finish of the neck. It features the Novax Fanned-Fret system, an unusual but intuitive arrangement for both the frets and the scale length. The bass has an alder body with a five piece laminated bolt-on maple neck. There are dot markers on the maple fingerboard at the third, fifth, seventh, ninth, twelfth, fifteenth, seventeenth, nineteenth, twenty first and twenty fourth frets with a total of twenty four small banjo-size frets. The truss rod is accessible at the base of the neck through a route in the pickguard.  At the other end of the neck, the headstock is mounted with four Hipshot open back tuners and a retaining bar for the strings, each specially designed to ensure the correct break angle for the Dingwall strings. The neck has a 9.45” radius. The scale lengths vary from 34” to 36.25” inches and 19mm string spacing at the bridge.

There are three Dingwall FD3n neodymium magnet pickups and a Darkglass Tone Capsule Preamp installed. The preamp includes bass, low-mid and high-mid controls along with a master volume, a four position Quad-Tone selector switch allowing for individual pickup selection or all of them together and an active/passive switch.
