This is a Mesa/Boogie Subway D-800+ Bass Amplifier Head. It is a Class D amplifier providing 800 watts of power into your choice of speaker cabinet configurations. The Class D configuration allows for an unusually light weight and portable head, weighing in at only 6.6 Lbs. 

From left to right on the front panel, tone can be shaped first with a Deep switch, a Bright switch, a High Pass filter (30 HZ to 150 HZ), Voicing (from flat to boost), Low Mid gain, Low Mid frequency (from 150 HZ to 1800 HZ), High Mid gain, High Mid Frequency (from 300 HZ to 5000 HZ) as well as Bass and Treble controls, choice of active/passive and a mute switch. A variety of voicing options are available for sonic enhancement. 

On the rear panel, the speaker output is switchable from 4/8 Ohms to 2 Ohms. There are ¼” inputs for headphones, a mute switch, Return and Send for effects, and auxiliary input and a tuner output. There is a switch for pre or post equalization output, line level or mic output and grounding options for pin one. 

This unit comes with a Mesa/Boogie carrying case and a power cord. The case shows a few scuffs, mostly on the top and paint chips mostly on the bottom edges, with some wear around the front panel as well. There are two pieces of Velcro stuck to the top of the unit. 

This Subway D800+ is in perfect operating condition, it made a recent trip back to Mesa/Boogie for a checkup and overhaul and it sounds fantastic.
