Return Window
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at guitarshop@circlestrings.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of damage or an error on our part.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds. This fee is waived if the item is received damaged, defective or not in working condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at guitarshop@circlestrings.com.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final on designated sale items and gift cards. These items are clearly marked and are not eligible for return or refund.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Reach us at guitarshop@circlestrings.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
